About my journey

Almost half a century ago, our clocks ticked a little differently here in the West. When I was a child, there was no public talk about special abilities, quite the opposite. My grandparents and parents hoped it wouldn't affect us, that it would leave out a generation. They sometimes tried to suppress their own abilities themselves. The reason for this was a fear of exclusion and, even more deeply rooted, a fear of pain and strange treatment methods - we used to call them mental asylums, today they are specialist psychiatric hospitals. Our grandparents were still treated with electric shock therapy, there were many cruel treatment methods for everything for which there were no other answers. The last 800 years were for the most part very cruel to people who brought special abilities with them to this planet or preserved the ancient knowledge with which we once came to this earth. The knowledge was preserved in the most remote places of our world, in the universe, high up in the mountains, in the deepest jungles and in areas that did not want to be conquered because life there was dangerous or posed other challenges.

So when I asked questions as a child, I was given the hand signal to be quiet and not to say it out loud so that no one could hear it. At this point, the lineage of the seers and my teachers from the upper world began teaching me. In my early twenties I studied shamanic healing methods from Sandra Ingermann and Michael Harner, which was the official start of a educational journey around the world back to the roots of my existence. In my late twenties I completed my first shamanic training with Michael Harner's Foundation of Shamanic Studies and continued my journey with great shamanic masters such as Dr. Alberto Villold and Puma Fredy Quispe Singona, but also with Dr. Gabor Maté, who fundamentally and profoundly changed my understanding and perspective on addiction and trauma. My journey took me around the world to the Lakota, to whom I felt very close as a child, but also to the Aborigines, the Maori, the Shipibo, the Kukamas and other indigenous tribes who have preserved ancient knowledge. I was able to immerse myself deeply in the teachings between heaven and earth.

My journey in this incarnation has taken me through all the depths and traumas of my own soul since the beginning of time. Addiction, dependency, co-dependency, repression, pain, suffering, grief, loss, betrayal, isolation, longing for death. The path I once chose for myself led me to experience everything I am offering you, myself and to heal through and within myself. As a teenager I always wanted to go home, I had an inexplicable longing to go home, even though I didn't know exactly where or what that was at the time. As a child i made two attempts to leave this planet, today I know that it is not part of my journey to leave, but to bring my “home” to earth. We are star seeds, come to support our brothers and sisters in this powerful time of transformation. To truly understand what is needed, we walk the path ourselves, taking off the masks one by one and dying all the deaths again, but this time consciously. We learn from ourselves, transcend our consciousness, just as we did before. The more we begin to accept our true self and consciously invite it in, the more we come home to ourselves. From my observation, we only incarnate with a small part of our consciousness, depending on the person and the journey. The children who are born now bring much more consciousness with them than we did 50 years ago. However, the first 7 years of our lives are formative, where our brain primarily frequents theta waves. The waves of hypnosis, here we automatically adopt collective and familial processes as our own and align our lives with these beliefs and often limitations that energetically affect your life like an invisible cage.

Although I have been practicing and teaching for many years, I also see myself as a student of medicine and am continually taught by my spiritual teachers such as Mother Earth, Father Sky, Mother Ayahuasca, the Golden Teacher, Apu Ausangate, the Seer, Shiva the Pampamesayok and many more, resulting in a wonderful co-creation. My work is based on Spirit Medicine, connected to the spiritual lineage and plant medicine, I serve as an empty vessel, a door opener, a translator and the left or right hand of your future self, as needed, for transformation and healing. As a Pampamesayok, I open the portals to the spiritual lineages that show up for you and teach you how to communicate with the spiritual world in the ceremonial space so that you remember who you are. Through this work we open the doors to your own medicine, your abilities, your wisdom.

Rooted in the archaic healing culture, it is a great honor and blessing for me to serve as a bridge between the worlds and to open and hold the space of unlimited possibilities for you.
