On the day of arrival, we start off in a relaxed manner, arriving, getting to know each other, and familiarizing ourselves with the medicine room. After dinner together, there is a Kutti fire ceremony where your energy field is cleansed in advance with a Shihuahuaco Karpay.

Madre Shihuahuaco, as we affectionately call it, is one of the oldest trees in the jungle. It can live up to 1,000 years and grow up to 60 meters tall. It grows very slowly, but its wood is exceptionally strong and resilient.

These trees are referred to as the gods of the forest, the bridge between heaven and earth, and the tree of life!

Shihuahuaco not only shelters countless animal and plant species under its gigantic branches and roots, but also the valuable knowledge of the world library. The codes to the original DNA of all life flow through its energy field. Shihuahuaco opens the doors to spaces within ourselves to make us aware of blockages we didn't even know existed. They keep tree stumps alive underground after a tree has been felled in order to preserve the ancient knowledge. Shihuahuaco teaches us to navigate through our own energy field and to dive into other dimensions solely through our intention and with the blink of an eye.

Through their deep roots, they show us the paths into our own depths to anchor ourselves powerfully and transform what no longer serves us. Likewise, they lead us upward through the middle world to bring more of our higher consciousness home. In my experience, we incarnate with only a fraction of our consciousness and can gradually download more as we are ready.

We receive a deep cleansing and a rebirth into our true being. Once the connection is established, it lasts a lifetime. These wonderful spirits support us in our growth, our awakening, and in leading a truly fulfilled life.

During the dieta, the focus is on external silence in order to receive the knowledge and wisdom of the primordial mothers. Throughout the retreat, we are in a ceremonial space. On the first day of the retreat, you will receive a Piñon Blanco ceremony, a deep cleansing of your physical, mental, and energetic body. A gentle but very profound cleansing of parasitic energies and beliefs. Piñon Blanco primarily cleanses the gastrointestinal tract, but also our mind and the associated energy in the energy field. Heavy energies flow away to provide you with an even greater and more effective dieta foundation. Piñon Blanco has no psychedelic properties and is therefore well suited for a dieta in Europe. Piñon Blanco connects us with the light within ourselves and with the light of other plants, enabling clear communication and knowledge.

Starting the next day, we begin with the first Shihuahuaco ceremony in the morning, for which you will receive a tea made from the bark of the primordial mother tree every morning. The tea is drunk in silence in your own room so that you can devote your full attention to the plant spirit and receive its messages. Shihuahuaco has no psychedelic properties and is therefore well suited for a dieta in Europe.

The retreat is accompanied by daily shamanic sauna sessions to constantly cleanse your energy field of everything that no longer serves you, water ceremonies to bring you into the flow of your own life in pure clarity, despacho ceremonies, rapé ceremonies, shamanic healing sessions, and massages to support you optimally and holistically in your process. In addition, you will learn how to apply shamanic and energy medicine practices yourself. The ceremonies are accompanied by powerful chants and rituals of archaic healing arts. Outside of the ceremonies and treatments, you will spend time in silence so that the Great Mother can work with you effectively. In the dieta room, we avoid unnecessary conversations outside of the integration circles and physical contact with other participants, except for myself and my colleagues who are treating you. The reason for this is that your energy field will be very open due to the daily cleansing, ceremonies, and treatments.

The retreat house is surrounded by beautiful nature, lakes, and powerful spirits that make this place a true source of energy for the heart. Accommodation is in single rooms with private bathrooms of a high standard. All meals are organic and vegetarian, and vegan options are available upon request. A dieta where you can let yourself fall into your process and be accompanied, shamanically guided, and cared for by a team with over 30 years of experience.

The dieta takes place in a small, intimate group.

Included are all meals, healing sessions during the retreat and in preparation, accommodation in single rooms with private bathrooms, despachos and accessories for all ceremonies, incense, plant medicine. Following the retreat, a WhatsApp integration group and three online integration meetings will be available to accompany and support you in your return and integration into your home environment.

The retreat will be held in German with translation into Czech and English as needed.
