In the first days we will focus on shamanic practices, ceremonies, rites and karpays that will powerfully support you in recognizing what no longer serves you! To release and transform old beliefs, blocks and traumas, to cleanse your energy field and make new connections and to give your soul plenty of space, Soul Space.

Reconnect & Rebirth
In the next step we work specifically with universal cosmology, Plantspirit and Spirit Medicine.
In the Sacred Valley Retreat we will hike to powerful places and hold sacred ceremonies with the Ñustas & Apus to reconnect with your origin and open the space for who you are and where you come from. In the ceremonies with the plant medicine we work with the spirit of the Golden Teacher, Apu Huachuma, Madre Ayahuasca, Rapé and Kambo, powerful plant medicine from the jungle and the Andes, depending on the retreat. We will work shamanically over the entire retreat period and integrate the newly acquired elements on a daily basis and work with you to develop techniques that will help you to heal in your everyday life from now on. There will be a specially created integration group so that you can continue to share your experiences afterwards and, together with your retreat family, have the opportunity to consolidate your new knowledge at home and integrate it in the long term.
